Payment Center

Payment integration is not active yet. This section reserves a safe dispatch location for Square, financing, Cash App notes, deposit status, and future payment-plan tools once the payment workflow is approved.

Deposit must remain digital only.
Cash may be tracked later for remaining balances, not initial deposits.
Processing-fee calculations should be added only after the Square fee rules are finalized.
Easy Pay and financing should be added as separate controlled workflows, not mixed into the current booking table until tested.
