Booking Terms and Conditions

Your confirmed transportation contract provides the trip details, pricing, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and other service conditions. The following vehicle policy applies to Great White Limo LLC bookings.

Vehicle safety and passenger controls

For passenger safety and insurance liability purposes, sunroofs and roof openings intended for recreational access are sealed or locked and cannot be opened. Passengers may not stand through roof openings or climb onto the roof. This restriction does not apply to designated emergency exits.

Air-conditioning, window, and other passenger equipment controls are managed by the driver because previous misuse has damaged switches and other equipment. Please ask your driver to adjust the temperature or enable rear passenger controls where available.

Bluetooth audio is available in all vehicles. Your driver can assist with connecting your device. You may also bring your own compatible USB cable to connect to the vehicle’s stereo system.
